3.Qualification Requirements For BidderQualifications or Performance：

1) The bidder must have a valid business license or business license certificate.

2) The bidder shall provide the original or photocopy of the bank credit certificate issued by the bank where the account is opened within 3 months before the bid opening date.

3) The bidder has no bad performance record or serious quality problems in the recent three years in China, otherwise his bid will also be rejected.

4) The bidders shall successfully register on China International Tendering Website (hereinafter referred to as "bidding.com", website: http:// ) before bidding.

5) The bidder must be the manufacturer or integrator or agent. 6) Performance requirements(Meet both)： January 1, 2007 to date (subject to contract signing time), the bidder's products (need to specify the hose brand) in the refining project not less than 100,000 liters of crude oil storage tank with two different user application performance, and requires this performance after practice verification so far no quality incidents, and good operation for 8 years and more; Supporting materials (the following materials must be provided at the same time and bound in the bid document with the bidder's official seal): ① Bidders need to provide copies of key pages of performance contracts to meet the above requirements (including the contract cover, contract signature page, contract supply scope table, supply scope table contains the name of the material, quantity, specifications, etc.), copies of relevant invoices of the sales contract, if the key pages of the performance contract does not reflect the above requirements information to provide other supporting materials); ② bidders need to provide the products submitted (clear hose brand) good operation for 8 years and more of different users of supporting materials (stamped with the user department seal or official seal); (2) January 1, 2017 to date (subject to contract signing time), the bidder's products (need to specify the brand of hose) in the refining project not less than 100,000 liters of crude oil storage tank has a cumulative sales performance of not less than 5 tanks or 10 sets.
